• Syncrolift Shiplift (306' x 75' - 5,000 ton capacity)
• Drydock (314' x 90' - 9,000 ton capacity)
• Assembly Building (300' x 100'- controlled atmosphere; 2 x 10 ton overhead cranes)
• Lifting Equipment (including 233 ton Kamag Transporter, 175 ton Manitowoc Crawler, 150 ton P&H Crawler, Grove RT 90 and 60 ton, forklifts, man-buckets)
• Main Warehouse (Pipe Fabrication Shop, Stores, Machine Shop)
• Outfitting Berths (Main, "L", and East Docks)
• Office Space (Executive, Engineering, Owner's Rep offices)
